This training will teach the P4 Planning system, which is a simple 4 step system designed to prepare yourself for a Last Planner System® phase pull planning session. P4 Planning visual planning allows trade partners to break down their work and assess if there are any improvements that they can make in their processes to improve themselves. But before we go into P4 Planning, we guide you through the Lean principles of Lean Construction, the 5S System, and the elimination of the 8 Waste.
