But regardless of local specificities, there are usually many possibilities to invest in real estate. In this course I will explain you how to choose the best short-term rental unit based on dozens of criteria that I use myself and how to calculate your profitability. You will get access to several Excel files that I use when consulting real estate investors who want to do short-term rentals.
