In this course I will explain you how to choose the best short-term rental unit based on dozens of criteria that I use myself and how to calculate your profitability. You will get access to several Excel files that I use when consulting real estate investors who want to do short-term rentals.
Please be aware that investing in real estate is not a get-rich-quick scheme, it’s a serious job which takes time and creates real value. However, this course is not investment advice and you must always make your own decisions. Here I only describe the methods that worked for me.
