What is PI Test?

The Predictive Index (PI) is the new name of the PLI (Professional Learning Indicator) or PILI test. PI Cognitive Assessment is a pre-employment cognitive ability test

The PI Cognitive Assessment is a 12-minute test with 50 questions. It measures a person’s general mental ability and capacity of critical thinking.

PI Cognitive Assessment Test pattern?

• There are 50 questions to answer in 12 minutes

• You have approximately 15 seconds per question

• There are three knowledge areas

  • Numerical Reasoning (18 Questions)

  • Verbal Reasoning (16 Questions)

  • Abstract Reasoning (16 Questions)

• Calculator/Mobile is not allowed (Only pen and paper)
