A letter of credit and a standby letter of credit are two of the most widely used instruments in international trade finance.

UCP600 is a set of rules that govern the issuance and operation of a letter of credit. CDCS certification is a highly sought-after certification for letter of credit practitioners, and UCP600 is the most important rule that makes up almost 60% of the CDCS curriculum. If you do not understand UCP, it will be challenging to progress. However, understanding UCP is a lengthy process throughout CDCS preparation.
