Principles of Diet
In this class, I want to show that one of the biggest modern problems of our society (obesity) can be resolved really quickly, and moreover without any stress to your body. If you want to be like myself – to live a happier, more successful life you need to focus, primarily, on your health. It is a proven fact, that your hormone level and general health ( as well as mood) improved after ANY weight loss. Despite that anyone can lose weight it is not what we need, and in this course, I am going to show what I do.

Section One – Weigh Loss Theory.
From this section, you will learn why we all get weight and why it is not your fault. Some of us don’t accept and don’t like the fact of excess fat on our body, but thousands of years ago fat was an evolutionary advantage. Those who had more fat were better adapted to live in that time. But now we no longer need this “superpower”. Living healthier is easy when you help your body to maintain your weight. You’ll know about problems with our products and somewhere will be really surprised.
Section Two – Diets.
Following the theory about weight loss, in the second section, we will talk about different diets (detox, intermittent fasting, healthy diet, and diet via counting calories). You will learn why it is useless to starve for 16 hours, why it is unhealthy to eat only fruits and vegetables, and how to come from 80kg to 65 in 6-7 weeks without any stress.
Section Three – Food Tips and Fat-Burning Groceries
Counting calories can sound boring and complicated. If you don’t want – no problem, in section 3 we will talk about 5 food tips which will help you to reduce your weight. You just need to implement either one or all of them into your life to start your weight loss journey. These tricks will teach you how to be more conscious about what you eat.

Who am I?
My name is Max – I’m a DevOps Engineer in Germany, and on the side, I am interested in how to live a healthier life. In a modern world when we have different tasty, yummy, fatty, and high-calorie products it is pretty hard to maintain our weight. We are fighting with our brains every day to not overeat and usually lose this fight. From March 2020 (first corona quarantine) I started my journey to the “nutrition world”, which, I must say, is awesome. I found that a lot of people underestimate the number of calories that they eat. Some of them still believe that they need to exclude sweets to start losing weight ( but still eat bittersweet dark chocolate because it is healthy). I count calories for more than 1 year. During this year I become a little bit conscious about what I eat and decided to share this with you on Skillshare. I am going to live a healthy life and if I’ll help someone to do the same – I will be delighted.
