Shaolin Kung Fu was created over thousands of years and developed through many historically difficult periods. It is an effective self-defense system based on a focused mind and natural internal energy, enabling the weak to defeat the strong and protect the good of the people.

Master Quang has an extensive experience working for the Special Force Unit of the Vietnamese Army and later for the Hanoi Police actively using Kung Fu fighting techniques to clear the city of Hanoi of the mafia groups in the late 80s. In 1986 at the age of 16 he became the champion of Vietnam in Kung Fu and Chi Kung techniques. Since then Master Quang has been teaching students from more than 80 countries, and some of his students became Vietnam, Asia and World champions.

In this course Master Quang will teach you very efficient movements and techniques for self-defense with short knife and stort stick.
