My exposure to Operations & Supply Chain started when I became Area Manager with Lipton India in 1985 for their Animal Feeds Business also with the responsibility of managing a own factory of 50 workers and a third party unit.
My second exposure to Operations and Supply Chain Management came in 1995 when started looking at the Operations and Supply Chain Management of 18 Third Party Manufacturing Units in Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Consumer India. I went on to become the Operations and Supply Chain Director of J&J Consumer India in 1998 and Regional Franchise Operations Director in 2003 for J&J Asia Pacific based in Singapore
During these years, I learnt all about managing the Operations and Supply Chain of these organization to deliver required products and services to customer while reducing the cost of goods and time taken
