“Camino de la Luna” is a series of seven books written about a journey I took around the world. I didn’t realise it at the time, but I was learning about seven major spiritual principles:
– Take What You Need
– Unconditional Love
– Forgiveness
– Compassion and Self-Compassion
– Courage
– Truth
– Reconciliation
This course is about the first of those principles; “Take What You Need”.
In this first course you will learn the meaning of “Camino de la Luna”, and the basic principle “Take What You Need”, exemplified by a simple breathing exercise. There is also a tutorial on rucksacks and packing – a very practical example of how we can take what we need.
The course is also supported by some samples of the full colour book of this part of my journey, as well as a link to a free, text only version of this book.
