Course structure:

• We’ll start with a 50 minute section on HTML fundamentals.  Looking at the origins of HTML, how it fits in to the World Wide Web.  We’ll look at how to structure a basic HTML document and how HTML tags are structured.

• Next, we’ll spend 6 hours reviewing all of the HTML tagsthat you’ll need to build professional looking websites.  That’s ALL of the important tags covered in just 6 hours!

• After that we’ll spend around 8 hours discovering CSS where I’ll teach you how you can use it to style any website. We’ll start with CSS basics, looking at the CSS Box Model, CSS Priorities and the structure of the CSS language.  We’ll then move onto more advanced skills such and create fully responsive website layoutsand even build a page with cool visual Parallax effectsto give it a real sense of depth.

• Finally, we’ll put everything together in a 2 hour real-world project.  Here, we’ll build one of the website templates that ships with the course, but we’ll do it together, section by section form the ground up.  You’ll get to code along with me to build your very own professional looking website, from scratch.
