Data review of the business case for diversity, inclusion, and belonging
I’m Devoreaux Walton, a passionate diversity, inclusion, and belonging expert. Over the years in my work, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in the dynamics of team interaction. One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that the biggest barrier to inclusion in a team culture is the manager’s behavior. How the manager shows up, leads the team, and interacts with employees can make or break the path to inclusion. Inspired by solving this “people problem”, I created this course. To give managers the blueprint to fostering a truly inclusive culture for every member on their team.
