Agile project management for practitioners – SCRUM

Nowadays, the need for the application of Agile approach and frameworks in solving problems is necessity. There is no successful project without good Project manager. We will start in this course by explaining the transition from waterfall to agile and by giving the overview of the agile frameworks. Then, we will dive more deeper in the SCRUM as most commonly used framework. We will explain SCRUM basics and go through the  scrum artifacts, roles and responsibilities and ceremonies. At the end of this intermediate course, we prepared for you a small and hopefully interesting game which will give you insights about SCRUM team organization and functioning through the iterations. In final chapter, there is a 20 question final assessment with situational questions.�
