-
Scrum
-
Kanban
-
OKR
After a short introductory chapter on agile project management, where we take a close look at the Agile Manifesto and the 12 basic principles, we turn to the first framework. In the chapter on Scrum, you’ll then learn all about roles, artifacts, sprints, meetings and much more.
In the next chapter we will learn about the Kanban methodology in detail, here we learn all about Kanban boards, cards, WIP limits, swimlanes, flight levels and more.
In the last chapter we look at the OKR method made famous by Google. We learn all about the definitions of Objectives and Key Results, how to formulate them correctly and how to get the maximum out of our team.
Of course, the chapters are structured in such a way that you can do them independently of each other and if you are interested in a particular method, you can easily start with that one. We hope you enjoy the course!
