Therefore, it becomes very essential for employees to learn practical skills such as non-verbal, oral, and written communication to coordinate, and work with people, from diverse backgrounds. This course will teach basic business communication skills, and business etiquette. Students would also learn through celebrity interview videos. Dr. Gene Greissman, author of Lincoln and Obama, talks about communication. And Ms. Christine Simmons, Ex-President, Los Angeles Sparks, talks about diversity. This is a short course which would be useful for anyone who would be communicating with people from multicultural background.
