I’ve started a lot of businesses in my career. I’ve also bombed a lot of businesses. Over the years I’ve created a process to vet ideas before starting them. This means that I waste less time on bad ideas and I’m more confident with the good ones. I’m sharing this process with you in the form of a short course.

This course is designed for when you have a business idea, but you’re not sure whether to pursue it or not. These 5 modules will guide you through:

– A personal SWOT analysis. (See what skills you have and what skills you’ll need to fill)

– A quick and dirty cash flow forecast. (To work out whether or not it will make money)

– A business SWOT. ( To take a look at the business from an internal and external perspective and identify any risks or opportunities)

– A final review and KPI setting. (To map out next steps and keep you accountable)
