Making a plan is really important in life and nowhere more so than running a business, as we approach a new year, now is the time to think about where you would like to be in a year’s time.

I have worked with hundreds of companies to make them more effective and successful and this course brings together the process that I commonly use to help these companies create a year long action plan complete with sales targets, marketing strategy and comprehensive action points in all business areas to support these innovations.

We will start by creating detailed sales targets, from there we will work on developing your marketing strategies to help you achieve those sales. We will also look at other important areas such as finance, leadership & personnel, processes & operations where you might need to make further supportive action points in order to fully activate your year long plan.

Every business is like a boat, you will need a map to your destination, possibly some maintenance and repair before tackling the seas, understand your environment in order to adapt and plot the best route to get to your dream destination.
