Challenges: management is not just fun and games and you will no doubt encounter many challenges. The lectures in this section will provide you guidelines on how to manage personal conflict within the team, provide constructive feedback, introduce change and manage escalations.
Goodbyes: in the last section you will learn how to minimize the negative impact that resignations and terminations have on a team.
