You’ll be able to ask the right questions within your discovery sessions and set the right expectations. We’ll also discuss some of the challenges and risks of quoting for websites, look at client expectation versus reality and client management. Avoiding the pitfalls of quote and pitch work, are just some of the key things to learn about the process.
This course goes into depth about the tasks outlined in your quote and the processes which create them. We’ll then give those tasks some time estimates and finish off by working out your hourly rate, and putting a financial figure next to the billable hours.
