Leadership is in all of us, and it’s up to us to harness it and understand how to focus our strengths to have the greatest impact.  In this course we will explore Purpose Driven Leadership and identify best practices to cultivate this type of leadership.  The course will share the fundamental principles of Purpose Driven Leadershipand then transition to providing specific and actionable steps to consider how to best align your purpose, vision, and goals, with those of your organization. Purpose Driven Leadersare those who are driven by their values and who use their values and focus to guide and lead themselves and their teams to great achievements, and thus the first step is to identify our values and consider ways to use them to enhance our own leadership.

The course begins by sharing the basics of Purpose Driven Leadership, exploring important dimensions of leadership success such as resilience, confidence, and communication, and then introduces guided exercises that will help you to identify your purpose and create a realistic and practical plan to use it to lead yourself and your team to success. 

The worksheets shared in the modules are ones that I use with clients at different levels of organizations to create action plans for themselves and their teams, worksheet and activities that will help you to become your strongest self.  You will explore best practices to understand and work towards the mission of the organization, identify your own purpose, and consider ways that your purpose fits into the goals and mission of your organization. Through the lessons and exercises you will find specific and practical tools to become more satisfied, effective, and powerful leaders.   

The power of goal setting, tools to facilitate a positive organizational culture, and strategies for becoming a communications champion are addressed, and the provided worksheets and directed activities will serve as a foundation for you to better understand your own purpose and leadership dimensions.  By the end of the course, you will not only understand the precepts and key leadership dimensions of the purpose driven leader, but you will have the motivation and tools to become one!
