With a Bachelors in Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business, and a former career in commercial real estate, he built his first short-term rental portfolio to 50+ homes. His second short-term rental business, The Pasion Group, is a luxury & high-profit margin STR business, and he’s hosted over 10,000 guests. He combines principles of real estate, hospitality, and entrepreneurship together to build a resilient, and highly profitable portfolio which he teaches for the first time in this course.
