For the past few years, digital fashion has been revolutionizing the apparel industry and CLO is quickly becoming the industry standard. In this course, we will focus on learning some of the lesser known technical tools available on the CLO 3D platform. This includes creating line sheets, grading, POM’s and markers.
In this project based course, you will build on the foundational knowledge of creating digital fashion. Starting with a basic t-shirt to swimsuit and a hoodie, I will show you how to create a realistic finish to your garments taking into consideration the fine details of construction like hems, top stitching, seam construction, along with tips and tricks to add trim and hardware. From drawcords to embroidered patches, I will show you easy step by step techniques in CLO to add the details you need and give you the resources to do so.
CLO for Production will give you the knowledge you need to take your designs from a simple pattern to a production ready 3 dimensional garment. But even more than that, this course will teach you how to apply the fine details of creating digital fashion in a way that will give your creations a true to life finish.
