9 – Hemline correction – In this part get additional information on why the skirt hangs lower due to the bias stretch and how to rectify it.
10 – 1/4 circle laying and cutting – In this part learn to lay the fabric and cut a 1/4 circle skirt and what changes you need to make. For this part you need additional body measurements such as the hip length – that is the distance from the point of wearing the skirt to the highest point of the hip and Hip round measurement, that is the round measurement on the highest part of your hip.
11 – 1/4 circle sewing and finishing – In this part, learn to finish the waistline with elastic [enclosed]. Learn to sew it in a professional way and finishing the hemline with iron-on lace detailing.
