We will discuss different types of GPS Protocols. In this course we used GPS NMEA Protocol. Then, we will test GPS Hardware Module on computer with FPGA Board and SIOW Software. Then we will discuss the complete GPS Interface Design in VHDL Language and we will test the code. The newest software and FPGA development tools, as well as hardware platforms are demonstrated in this FPGA course to assist establish a wide understanding of the capabilities of different Programmable SoC solutions. After this course, the students will have enough knowledge about the concepts of FPGA GPS Interface Design and Implementation.
