This is a 7-day yoga for strength course that will help you strengthen yourself, gain flexibility, and mobility in 7 days. You will see what you can do in just 7 days through yoga. You will become aware of your body and movements, You will create a habit for exercise. You will calm your mind, you will gain concentration, poise and calmness. You can do this course several times, even repeat the days several times. The course consists of 7 days or 7 videos that contain sequences that are dedicated to certain parts of the body so that the whole body is worked and the whole body is strengthened. Try to feel the pose, feel yourself moving the muscles. Be aware of your movement. All you need is to find a quiet place to practice, have a mat or any exercise surface. If you need blocks you can use them and definitely water for hydration. Take a deep breath, don’t forget to smile, get ready and we can begin.
