Jen will guide you through an all-levels gentle experience of vinyasa yoga. Combining her therapeutic knowledge of yoga, massage, hypnotherapyand other techniques this class is a creative exploration cultivating a sense of meditation, relaxation, physical strength, and flexibility.
You’ll receive 12 full classes. Each are designed to support you in different ways. For example: Improving our ability to bend down, opening the shoulder, working on flexibility, moving more gracefully and practicing loving kindness. Classes are filled with inspiration from talking with my yoga students and what I find helps me and them.
