Morning Yoga is a course designed to get you moving every day and help you establish your morning yoga routine. This course has been established to bring a loving, gentle and soothing touch to getting your routine established and deepening the connection with the start of each day.
This course is suitable for all-levels yogis and includes classes that are around 15-20 minutes so you can easily fit them into your busy schedules. We’ll practice different styles of yoga such as hatha, vinyasa and yin for a comprehensive program.
Each session will focus on a different body parts to allow you to move and stretch your entire body. In this course you will find classes targeting neck, shoulders, upper back and chest; hips; gluts, psoas, hamstrings and calves; spine; etc.
