Hello and welcome to my Udemy course focused on program development and updates for sex trafficking and/or sexual exploitation survivors.
Participants of this course will learn about the role of occupational therapy with adolescents who have been sexually exploited and/or sex trafficked, some challenges survivors of sexual exploitation and/or sex trafficking face when participating in their desired occupations, and what was developed and/or updated at The Covering House to benefit adolescents who have been sexually exploited and/or sex trafficked. This course includes lectures, resources, and a short quiz to optimize your learning on this topic. There are downloadable resources included that you may keep to reference in the future, along with a downloadable presentation for you to view in your free time, as well. It is estimated to take approximately an hour to complete all sections of this course in addition to reviewing the available resources.
