Our workplace beliefs are literally killing us… chronic diseases caused by stress make up the majority of preventable health issues in our present time. This course offers a new perspective on healing workplace trauma at the intersection of eco-psychology, somatic transformation, and yoga philosophy. You will learn practical steps for mastering inner leadership.
How much more time do you have to waste living out someone else’s desires?
In this exploration of diversity in the workplace, we examine how marginalized individuals can be supported to bridge back to wholeness. This kind of experience is meant to support an open heart without resentment by challenging commonly held belief systems and expanding awareness of choice. It recognizes how the characteristics of larger systems of oppression influence interpersonal decision-making.
So if you have ever left a diversity training wondering or saying to yourself “what now?” What are the next steps to apply the information in my life for change? Or perhaps you felt the information presented was mostly focused on discovering implicit behavior rather than recovering from it as a lived experience. This course meets you where you are for healing workplace trauma in order to manifest economic stability, job equity and emotional calm.
Each course is a video recording that you can complete at your own pace. Supplemental exercises and handouts are included in a lesson when applicable.
