Akshay Anantapadmanabhan is a leading Carnatic percussionist, mridangam player, and researcher. He has collaborated with some of the top artists in the Carnatic music community, and published international publications on the mridangam, konnakol and the kanjira. In his course, he takes learners through the fundamentals of Konnakol (Carnatic vocal percussion).
