This course is designed for you to start your self-development practice with the instrument of Aikido. The practice is fundamentally based on the actions you perform, therefore you need to prepare your body first to perform certain movements in order to execute the Aiki Actions of the practice.

This course was designed for absolute beginners. The instructions were made clear and deliberate for any beginner to understand. A dictionary of terms used in the course is also available. Everything is organized for your sequential and smooth learning process: detailed video instructions, support materials, etc.
The basis of this course: 12 year teaching experience, focused research and development. Due to its accuracy and efficiency, the curriculum and approaches had not been changed during the next 10 years of the methodology application.
The aim of the “Basic Positions and Movements” program is to introduce students (beginners) to the main concepts of Aikido practice to such an extent that it is digestible enough with the first portion of learning and start further consideration of the Aikido basic techniques.
