This course is not meant to be rigorous. It’s a short mini-course providing you with practical knowledge and tips to begin working on enhancing your mental performance. You can also use the information in this course to help others improve their mental performance.
All you’ll need for this training is a pencil and paper to take notes. You’ll be provided a worksheet at the end of each section to put what you’ve learned into practice.
