Hi! We are Justin & Alicia.

We met after we both transitioned into Corporate America from the nonprofit industry where we quickly learned that the business world was a whole different animal.

New metrics, new jargon, new thinking, new problems, new technology, and the list goes on. You name it, and we had to learn it– fast. The business world is unforgiving in its pace and demand for results.

With very little guidance, we set off to figure out how to win.

  • Both new to corporate America.

  • Both figuring it out as we were going.

  • Both armed with a work ethic but little else.

We spent years creating, testing, and learning the nuances of business and corporate life. Endless meetings, healthy debates, trials, errors, and a ridiculous amount of feedback loops.
