Working in the classroom with other staff members and the children can be challenging. Writing reports, observation, planning lessons, responding to individual children’s needs and the general support for children and their parents is all part of a days work and doing this without proper preparation and support can be difficulty. My goal is to see every teacher succeed i their role. To support every teacher on their journey.
Meme Boham
Meme, popularly known as Ms. Mems, is an early years Montessori educator with over 14 years experience working with children from birth to 6.
She runs Head Start Early Learning. It is an early years solution centre where she offers services such as parent / teacher support through training, coaching and counselling. She also offers home school services, video entertainment for children and books for children, parents and teachers. Her goal is for children everywhere to have a positive experience with learning and adults to understand how to respond to their children.
Over the last 14 plus years, I have observed young children and studied different techniques and methods to respond to them. From research and observation, I have been able to support children in different areas from behaviour to their learning. I have also researched the best way to support ourselves as we work with children in the classroom and I hope some of the knowledge shared will help parents and teachers on their individual journeys.
