Also deals with the types of polymerization such as bulk, emulsion and suspension etc, the and manufacture of polymers like polyester, nylon, etc. The course also gives an idea about integration of refinery and petrochemical plants with power generation, pollution control – norms and methods of elimination, brief description on safety considerations.
